     Jane Catherine Clark is the daughter of William Clark.2 She married William Cunningham Bruce, son of Sir William Bruce of Stenhouse, 7th Bt. and Anne Colquhoun Cuningham-Fairlie, in 1820.1
     From 1820, her married name became Bruce.

Sir William Cunningham Bruce, 9th Bt.1

     Sir William Cunningham Bruce, 9th Bt. was born on 20 September 1825 at Bombay, IndiaG.2 He was the son of William Cunningham Bruce and Jane Catherine Clark.3 He married Charlotte Isabella O'Grady, daughter of Hon. Waller O'Grady and Hon. Grace Elizabeth Massy, on 21 August 1850 at Monkstown, County Dublin, IrelandG.2 He died on 29 May 1906 at age 80.3
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 74th Highlanders.3 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Bruce, of Stenhouse [N.S., 1628] on 14 December 1862.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)3

     Maj.-Gen. Michael Robert Bruce was born on 14 December 1832.1 He was the son of William Cunningham Bruce and Jane Catherine Clark.1 He married Lorina Mary Anne Wilson, daughter of Colonel George Wilson, on 5 March 1858.1 He and Lorina Mary Anne Wilson were divorced in 1883.1 He died in 1893.1
     He gained the rank of Major-General.1

     Lorina Mary Anne Wilson was the daughter of Colonel George Wilson.1 She married Maj.-Gen. Michael Robert Bruce, son of William Cunningham Bruce and Jane Catherine Clark, on 5 March 1858.1 She and Maj.-Gen. Michael Robert Bruce were divorced in 1883.1 She died in 1897.1
     From 5 March 1858, her married name became Bruce.1

     Arthur Neil Bruce was born on 27 January 1838.1 He was the son of William Cunningham Bruce and Jane Catherine Clark.1 He married Marian Katherine Murray, daughter of Surgn.-Gen. J. Murray, on 28 March 1863.1 He died on 8 June 1869 at age 31.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Bombay Army.1
