     James Vincent Sheean was born in December 1899 at Pana, Illinois, U.S.A.G.1 He married Diana Forbes-Robertson, daughter of Sir Johnston Forbes-Robertson and May Gertrude Dermot, in 1935.1 He died in May 1975 at age 75 at Arolo, ItalyG, from lung cancer.1
     He was a writer.1

     Meriel Forbes-Robertson used the stage-name of Meriel Forbes.1 She was with the Voluntary Aid Detachment during the Second World War.1 She was educated at Eastbourne, Sussex, EnglandG.1 From 26 January 1944, her married name became Richardson.3

     He fought in the Second World War, in the Fleet Air Arm.1 He was an actor and film star.1 He was appointed Knight in 1947.1
