     Alba Windham was born on 20 October 1898.1 She is the daughter of Sir William Windham and Blanche Marie Titren.1
     She graduated from St. Hugh's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1922 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 She gained the rank of Chief Commander in the Auxiliary Territorial Service.1 She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1942.1

     John Windham was born on 14 July 1867.1 He was the son of Ashe Windham and Juliet Alexa Maclean.1 He died on 16 March 1951 at age 83, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Diocesan College, Rondebosch, Cape Province, South AfricaG.1 He held the office of Registrar of the High Court of Zululand between 1895 and 1897.1 He held the office of Resident Magistrate of Zululand between 1897 and 1902.1

Katharine Jane Windham1

     Katharine Jane Windham was born on 3 October 1861.1 She was the daughter of Ashe Windham and Juliet Alexa Maclean.1 She married Maj.-Gen. Hon. George Talbot Devereux, son of Henry Fleming Lea Devereux, 14th Viscount Hereford and Frances Elizabeth Cornewall, on 18 June 1889.1 She was also reported to have been married on 18 June 1895.2 She died on 5 June 1934 at age 72.1
     From 18 June 1889, her married name became Devereux.1

Maj.-Gen. Hon. George Talbot Devereux1

     Maj.-Gen. Hon. George Talbot Devereux was born on 12 January 1819.2 He was the son of Henry Fleming Lea Devereux, 14th Viscount Hereford and Frances Elizabeth Cornewall.2 He married, firstly, Flora Mary Macdonald, daughter of Lt.-Col. James Macdonald, on 3 March 1847.2 He married, secondly, Katharine Jane Windham, daughter of Ashe Windham and Juliet Alexa Maclean, on 18 June 1889.1 He was also reported to have been married on 18 June 1895.2 He died on 14 February 1898 at age 79.2
     He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Horse Artillery.2

Major Sir Alfred John Bowyer-Smyth, 13th Bt.1

     Major Sir Alfred John Bowyer-Smyth, 13th Bt. was born on 12 September 1850.1 He was the son of Reverend Alfred John Edward Bowyer-Smijth and Mary Constantia Rolt.1 He died on 4 August 1927 at age 76, without issue.1
     He was given the name of Alfred John Bowyer-Smijth at birth.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 3rd Battalion, Hampshire Regiment.1 He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Smith, of Hill Hall, co. Essex [E., 1661] on 22 July 1916.1 On 22 July 1916 his name was legally changed to Alfred John Bowyer-Smyth.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel in the 3rd Battalion, Hampshire Regiment.1
