Rev. Hon. Hugh Francis Tollemache1

     Rev. Hon. Hugh Francis Tollemache was born on 19 September 1802.2 He was the son of Sir William Talmash, Lord Huntingtower and Catherine Rebecca Gray.3 He married Matilda Hume, daughter of Joseph Hume and Alexia Corney, on 22 June 1824 at Paddington, London, England.2 He died on 2 March 1890 at age 87.2
     On 6 April 1821 his name was legally changed to Hugh Francis Talmash.2 After 1822 his name was legally changed to Hugh Francis Tollemache. He was Rector at Harrington, Northamptonshire, England.2

Hon. Algernon Gray Tollemache1

     Hon. Algernon Gray Tollemache was born on 24 September 1805.2 He was the son of Sir William Talmash, Lord Huntingtower and Catherine Rebecca Gray.1 He married Frances Louisa Tollemache, daughter of Hon. Charles Tollemache and Gertrude Florinda Gardiner, on 28 November 1857.3 He died on 16 January 1892 at age 86.3
     He was also known as Algernon Gray Talmash.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Grantham in 1832.2 He emigrated to New ZealandG arriving on 1850 and subsequently made thousands of pounds buying and selling land in Wellington, Masterton, Nelson and Hastings.1

Horatio Walpole1

     Horatio Walpole was the son of Sir Edward Walpole and Susan Crane.2,3 He married Lady Anne Osborne, daughter of Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds and Lady Bridget Bertie.1 He died on 17 October 1717, without issue.1

     Henry Shackleton was born on 1 January 1847 at Moone, County Kildare, IrelandG.1 He was the son of Ebenezer Shackleton and Eleanor Bell.1 He married Henrietta Letitia Sophia Gavan, daughter of John Henry Gavan and Caroline Mary FitzMaurice, on 28 February 1872 at Carlow, County Carlow, IrelandG.1 He died in 1921.1
     He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, Ireland (L.R.C.P.I.) in 1884.1 He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.) in 1884.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1884 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1886 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He lived at Kilkea House, County Kildare, Ireland.1 He lived at Aberdeen House, Sydenham, Kent, England.1

     Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton was born on 15 February 1874 at Kilkea House, County Kildare, IrelandG.1 He was the son of Henry Shackleton and Henrietta Letitia Sophia Gavan.1 He married Emily Mary Dorman, daughter of Charles Dorman, on 9 April 1904 at Westminster, London, EnglandG.3 He died on 5 January 1922 at age 47 at South Georgia IslandG.1 He was buried at Grytviken, South Georgia IslandG.1
     He was educated at Dulwich College Prep School, Dulwich, Surrey, EnglandG.3 He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1907.3 In 1907 he commanded the British Antarctic Expedition.3 He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1909.3 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1909.3 Between 1913 and 1914 he lead the Shackleton Expedition to Antartica, and lead it to rescue after being trapped on the ice through a winter.1 In 1914 he commanded the British Antarctic Expedition.3 He was Director of Equipment and Transport Mobile FOreces in North Russia between 1918 and 1919.3 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.3 In 1921 he commanded the British Oceanographical and Sub-Antarctic Expedition.3

     Mary Butler was born in December 1826.2 She married Captain Lewis Roper FitzMaurice, son of unknown FitzMaurice, circa 1851.1 She died on 13 January 1897 at age 70.2
     From circa 1851, her married name became FitzMaurice.1
