     Lady Henrietta Kerr was born on 2 February 1653.¹ She was the daughter of William Kerr, 1st Earl of Lothian and Lady Anne Kerr.¹ A contract for the marriage of Lady Henrietta Kerr and Sir Francis Scott of Thirlestone, 1st Bt. was signed on 27 November 1673.² She died on 30 June 1741 at age 88.¹
     Her married name became Scott.

     Lord Neil Campbell was born circa 1630.² He was the son of Archibald Campbell, 1st Marquess of Argyll and Lady Margaret Douglas.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Vere Kerr, daughter of William Kerr, 1st Earl of Lothian and Lady Anne Kerr, on 28 January 1668.¹ He married, secondly, Susan Menzies, daughter of Sir Alexander Menzies of that Ilk, 1st Bt. and Agnes Campbell, after 20 March 1685 at Weem, Perthshire, Scotland.² He died in April 1692.²

     Lord Charles Kerr was the son of Robert Kerr, 1st Marquess of Lothian and Lady Jean Campbell.¹ He married Janet Murray, daughter of Sir David Murray of Stanhope, 2nd Bt. and Lady Anne Bruce.¹ He died in 1735.¹
     He lived at Cramond, Scotland^G.¹ He was Director of Chancery.¹

     General Lord Mark Kerr was baptised on 1 April 1676.¹ He was the son of Robert Kerr, 1st Marquess of Lothian and Lady Jean Campbell.¹ He died on 2 February 1752 at age 75, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Governor of Edinburgh Castle.¹

     Anna Maria Wilhelmina Annesley was the daughter of Captain Francis Charles Annesley and Mary Radcliffe.¹ She married Captain Owen Phibbs Knott on 17 July 1849.¹ She died on 7 December 1907.¹
     From 17 July 1849, her married name became Knott.¹

     Mary Wortley-Montagu, Baroness Mount Stuart of Wortley was born in February 1718 at Pera, Turkey^G.³ She was the daughter of Edward Wortley-Montagu and Lady Mary Pierrepont.^1,4 She married John Stuart, 3rd Earl of Bute, son of James Stuart, 2nd Earl of Bute and Lady Anne Campbell, on 13 August 1736.¹ She died on 6 November 1794 at age 76 at Isleworth, London, England^G.^1,5 She was buried at Wortley, Yorkshire, England^G.⁵ Her will was proven (by probate) on 21 November 1794.⁵
     Her married name became Stuart. She was created 1st Baroness Mount Stuart of Wortley, co. York [Great Britain] on 3 April 1761, with special remainder to her male issue by her then husband.¹

     Captain David Dundas Euing Crawford is the son of Brigadier Alistair Wardrop Euing Crawford and Helena Beatrice Dundas.¹ He married Lady Susanna Montgomerie, daughter of Archibald William Alexander Montgomerie, 17th Earl of Eglinton and Ursula Joan Watson, on 25 May 1963.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Scots Greys.¹

     Lady Anne Somerset was born on 11 March 1740/41. She was the daughter of Charles Noel Somerset, 4th Duke of Beaufort and Elizabeth Berkeley.³ She married Charles Compton, 7th Earl of Northampton, son of Hon. Charles Compton and Mary Lucy, on 13 September 1759.⁴ She died on 18 May 1763 at age 22.
     From 13 September 1759, her married name became Compton. After her marriage, Lady Anne Somerset was styled as Countess of Northampton on 13 September 1759.

     Rt. Rev. Frederick Augustus Hervey, 4th Earl of Bristol was born on 1 August 1730.¹ He was the son of John Hervey, 2nd Baron Hervey of Ickworth and Mary Lepell.¹ He was baptised on 3 September 1730.¹ He married Elizabeth Davers, daughter of Sir Jermyn Davers, 4th Bt. and Margaretta Green, on 10 August 1752 at Rushbrooke, Suffolk, England^G.³ He died on 8 July 1803 at age 72 at Albano, Italy^G, from gout.³ He was buried on 21 April 1804 at Ickworth, Suffolk, England^G.³
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England^G.¹ He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 24 February 1747.¹ He held the office of Clerk of the Privy Seal between 1753 and 1767.¹ He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1754 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He held the office of Chaplain to the King in 1763.¹ He held the office of Bencher of King's Inn, Dublin in 1767.¹ He held the office of Bishop of Cloyne between 1767 and 1768.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] on 9 October 1767.¹ He held the office of Bishop of Derry between 1768 and 1803.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Hervey of Ickworth, Suffolk [E., 1703] on 23 September 1779.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Bristol [G.B., 1714] on 23 September 1779.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) on 28 February 1782.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Lord Howard de Walden [E., 1597] on 17 November 1799.¹
     Sir Jonah Barrington notes that he was "a man of elegant erudition, extensive learning, and an enlightened and classical, but eccentric mind:—bold, ardent, and versatile; he dazzled the vulgar by ostentatious state, and worked upon the gentry by ease and condescension:—he affected public candour and practised private cabal."¹ Lord Chesterfield stated that "at the beginning God created three different species, men, women, and Herveys," and Lord Charlemont added that "his genius is like a shallow stream, rapid, noisy, diverting, but useless. Such is his head, and I fear it is much superior to his heart. He is proud and to the last degree vindictive; vain to excess, inconsistant in his friendships... fond of intrigue in gallantry as well as politics, and sticking at nothing to gain his ends in either... A bad father, both from caprice and avarice; a worse husband to the best and most amiable of wives; a determined deist, though a bishop, and at times so indecently inpious in his conversations as to shock the most reprobate... His ambition and his lust can alone get the better of his avarice."¹

     Elizabeth Davers was born in 1733.² She was the daughter of Sir Jermyn Davers, 4th Bt. and Margaretta Green.¹ She married Rt. Rev. Frederick Augustus Hervey, 4th Earl of Bristol, son of John Hervey, 2nd Baron Hervey of Ickworth and Mary Lepell, on 10 August 1752 at Rushbrooke, Suffolk, England^G.¹ She died on 19 December 1800 at Ickworth, Suffolk, England^G, from spasms, suddenly.¹ She was also reported to have died on 15 December 1800.³ She was buried on 27 December 1800.¹
     Her married name became Hervey. After her marriage, Elizabeth Davers was styled as Countess of Bristol on 23 September 1779.
