"Compiled by the Tru-Way Company which provided information to body shops back in the day so that cars with damaged frames could be straightened back to original factory specs.  Might be useful for someone who is replacing a frame head or just wants to verify that their chassis is straight and true.   The note that came with it says that it is for model year 1965, but it would obviously apply to many other model years."
