
Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) announced the appointment of Siiri Sikora as the new Director of Justice Initiatives.
Sikora was previously the manager of Justice Initiatives and has served with OCHN since September 2015.
In her new role, Sikora will oversee day-to-day operations of the Justice Initiatives team while expanding opportunities to implement strategies to address the needs of individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
Sikora will continue to be part of the Co-Response Community Outreach (CoRe) program and the Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Team.
“Sikora’s passion for youth and adults navigating the justice system ensures that we have a leader who will continue to elevate initiatives and keep the people we serve first,” Trisha Zizumbo, OCHN’s Chief Operating Officer, said in a statement.
Sikora holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
