LEGO Marvel Studios Collectible Minifigures (71031) Close-Up Look

The LEGO Marvel Studios Collectible Minifigures (71031) were announced a few days ago and yesterday, LEGO released some close-up images of a few of the characters from the Disney+ shows. Looking up at them more closely, there are some little details that you may have missed such as the electronic arm printing on Bucky, the new shield design for Captain America/Falcon, and leg printing on White Vision. The only bad thing is that LEGO didn’t do close-ups on all the minifigures. They will be available starting on September 1 for $4.99 each.

LEGO Marvel Studios Collectible Minifigures (71031) Teases Return of X-Men

The LEGO Marvel Studios Collectible Minifigures (71031) were revealed yesterday and if you looked closely, there is a teaser for possibly the return of the X-Men. The product listing for the minifigures went up and there it also showed the bag design that they come in. On the top right corner, you can clearly see Wolverine with his claw out.

If you’re a LEGO Marvel collector, you know that there haven’t been many X-Men related sets that have been released so far with the last one being the Mighty Micros: Wolverine vs. Magneto (76073) in 2017. With the Disney acquisition of Fox back in 2019, this meant that Marvel now owns the rights to the X-Men and Fantastic Four which could mean that LEGO can finally produce more products from those franchises.

If LEGO has have the ability to make X-Men products again, what do you want to see being released? Personally, I’m hoping for a UCS-style Sentinel.
