Hall deadlifted 500kg in 2016, which at the time was the heaviest deadlift recorded.

In 2017, Hall won the World's Strongest Man competition.
He has also won national titles such as England's Strongest Man, UK's Strongest Man and Britain's Strongest Man, multiple times.
