What are Mosh Bars?

Patrick Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver started Mosh with one mission, "to create a conversation about brain health through food, education, research, and providing the tools for a 'mindstyle' lifestyle," they state on their website.

Mosh Bars are a new protein bar that is focused on providing nutrients and superfoods for the brain.

"Expertly formulated with adaptogens, superfoods and vital brain nutrients, MOSH protein bars will crush cravings and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul," their website states.
