Uncut raved that her work brought together "high art, low humour and deluxe filth [in] a hugely seductive combination," while the LA Times praised her “elemental club throbbers, stripped down to equal parts fire and ice.” The record earned Peaches Electronic Artist of the Year honors at the 10th annual Independent Music Awards.
