Interesting case. StabiKat shows the keyword chain without the reference to LOC-SH:

Hi, it's strange: opening all the above GNDs in the RDF I see the ISNIs I mention; and, on the basis of various manual checks, I am convinced that the high amount of ISNI (P213) values that the various socks recently blocked have been importing in the last days (and that have greatly inflated Property talk:P213/Duplicates/humans, which I am always using for periodical checks) are exactly imported from GND. Is it that maybe ISNI is added automatically to GND and is not editable manually? This would be a problem. I copy the RDF of the second and the third:

In the dumpfile (October 24th) I find 2.846.246 ISNIs, (2.586.330 persons, 15 families) 390.735 (~355.000 persons) of those records are assigned in deWP.

Caution: I think, that ISNI gets magically imported into the dump. Example: for https://d-nb.info/gnd/1272155420 I do not see any text "ISNI", but in https://d-nb.info/gnd/1272155420/about/lds I see it, so maybe these numbers do not really help. In all four cases no ISNI is showing up if I edit the GND. So everyone who is doing automatic imports need to distinguish between "real" IDs and "hidden" ones. In the future, the problem will certainly get worse. @Kolja21: ok, this is interesting; so GND doesn't store ISNI but probably its presence is due to VIAF clusterizations and changes according to VIAF clusterization; on the one end it's positive, in the sense that we don't have to correct wrong ISNIs in GND manually; but on the other end (and most importantly) it's negative, because we can't correct wrong ISNIs in GnD and we are at the mercy of VIAF ... so I will not report to you the next cases I find, and let's hope that fixing things in Wikidata will be enough to improve VIAF clusterization and make these mistakes disappear also in GND. GND 115085491 is linked to a book by:

• Xing Liu (Q126394520): Chinese computer scientist, born 1958. Author of Neural networks for identification, prediction and control (1995)

Howard seems to experiment with the data like he has done before.[1] Since the authority files are mixed the result is chaotic. ISNI 0000 0003 5507 4173 is linked to the title Neural Networks for Identification (Xing Liu, no. 3) with the source BnF 14612716 for the film Les démons à ma porte = IMDb nm0515045. BnF is for a female person, the composer (Xing Liu, no. 2) is said to be male. So a fourth person could be involved.
