- Looks good to me. Does it put request for deletion automatically or you have to put it yourself?--Vyom25 (talk) 07:30, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- At present my script giving me a text file output from which I am putting deletion request manually. This can also be automated. --Vssun (talk) 07:35, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I asked you this because when I looked at RfD there were some single requests and others were mass requests. In instances of mass requests how do admins decide which item was merged with which one. Suppose you listed two items A and B for deletion and reason you gave is they were merged with X and Y now in this case admin have to check manually which Item was merged with which item. And Can it work for other languages as well?--Vyom25 (talk) 07:44, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please ignore my earlier RfDs. If you think, seperate sigle delete requests are better, that can also be made. Or else, I can provide a seperate table with one to one mapping (see this) in my userspace. The script can be used for any language. I will give you the link of that script after a little documentation. --Vssun (talk) 07:57, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Okay, My point is while requesting for bulk limit the candidate each time for 5 or 7 or something like that. I am looking at your script although I am not exactly a programmer bee or something but I have basic knowledge so for better inputs some other guys can look at it. But for me this looks great and can be done.--Vyom25 (talk) 12:03, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I think you have limited number of pages at a time at 4 so that is fine. Correct me if otherwise. It will work for any language as long as we feed the input right way.--Vyom25 (talk) 12:08, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
All you said are correct. --Vssun (talk) 14:43, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- The test edits look correct by all means, but there's a couple things. One, could you please write a description in Malayalam equivalent to "Wikipedia category and the bot add it"? Two, outside of these category pages, I'd like to see test edits outside of the category namespace if you are going to go outside of it. If you are going to do categories only, then your bot could be approved for this. Regards, — Moe Epsilon 22:00, 7 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Modified the script to add description
- At present the scope is limited to category pages --Vssun (talk) 00:47, 8 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Support Please provide him bot permission. And also, lots of "templates" are there to be listed to wikidata; we need that on script. -- Raghith (talk) 04:20, 8 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
