Note for users that the ID at this time is limited to 1 MW hour and greater power plants based on the EIA 860M inclusion criteria for reporting

Not sure if a property exists to add a limitation of the ID as the reports in the EIA 860M state the plants reported are greater or equal to 1MW and those smaller may exists, but are not captured in the list. Not sure if the identifier description is capturing the nuance of that limitation. Wolfgang8741 (talk) 21:54, 2 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
