==Can't add a language label==

I need to add a Latin label to [[Q3388166]]. :I have more languages displayed to me than I'd like. I want to select and deselect which languages are presented to me (and then click "All entered languages" to see all on the item pages). The help for "configure languages" (for multilingual descriptions) goes directly to [[Help:Navigating_Wikidata/User_Options#Babel_extension]], and in that section it says ''users'' instead of ''logged-in users''. I've tested the [[Special:Diff/848182464/848194991|configuration|procedure]], and apparently it [[Talk:Q21501388#«Общество_Жюльетты»_(The_Juliette_Society)|doesn't work]] without login.
