Laboratory of Computational
Multiomics

The laboratory of computational multi-omics, headed by Dr. Kelly Ruggles, focuses on understanding human health and biology through the application of data visualization, integration and predictive modeling.  Specifically, we focus on the application of computational and statistical methods to genomic, transcriptomic, translatomic, proteomic, metabolomic and microbiome data to inform cancer, inflammation and cardiovascular disease. We are also interested in developing novel methods to analyze and visualize other high-dimensional data types, including those from clinical trials, decision science modeling and behavioral surveys, to better convey complex information.
