LETTER: Grief for a fallen officer

I found the outpouring from Clark County citizens in response to the on-the job death of the North Las Vegas police officer to be very gratifying. The service — and all-to0-often deaths — of our police officers and highway patrol officers does greatly matter. Honoring them is something we should all be proud to do.
