Points Of Interest Guide

The Red Dead Redemption 2 story mode includes several different types of collectibles that are not so easy to find, often making players go all over the map to find them. In this guide, we look at all the Points of Interest, detailing their precise location on the map. We will list them by region, starting with the New Hanover area and ending with New Austin, which can only be explored safely after completing Chapter 6.

Points of Interest Overview

There are 50 Points of Interest in the Red Dead Redemption 2 story mode. These are special locations that can be inspected to make Arthur draw a sketch of them on his notebook. As already mentioned, finding just one is enough to meet one of the requirements for 100% Completion.

New Hanover

The Heartlands

Warped Tree

The Warped Tree can be found a little to the south of the “H” in New Hanover on the map. The tree is south of the small farm of Larned Sod. If you continue going south of the farm, you will find a large tree on top a hill. Get close to it to inspect it.

Trading Post

The Trading Post is extremely small, so it’s easy to dismiss it as another unremarkable building. It can be found to the east of Flatneck Station. Enter the trading post to find some canned good and High Velocity rifle cartridges.

Ever since the original Red Dead Redemption was released back in 2010 and swiftly completed by Matt he has been eagerly anticipating another return to the Wild West. In Matt's totally non-biased opinion the story told in the sequel, Red Dead Redemption 2, is one of the best ever (at least as far as games go). And while some story DLC would be great, Matt isn't counting on it!
