Music Education at the RNCM encompasses a unique and innovative range of teaching and research activity within a conservatoire environment.

HARP aims to promote artistic research in performance across all areas of performance and pedagogy at the RNCM

Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Music with Specialist Instrumental Teaching
A unique programme designed for graduates who wish to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) whilst specialising in instrumental teaching

Young Strings
RNCM Young Strings aims to help pupils aged 5-12 become confident, expressive musicians, who have a deep understanding of all the elements of music.

Dalcroze Eurhythmics (information coming soon)
Dalcroze Eurhythmics is a whole-person approach to experiencing and understanding music by tapping into the sense of movement in music.
