An action/suspense/fantasy story. POWERS are dangerous ticking time bombs. Or at least that's what the government would like you to believe. They'd like you to also believe that Mia Ellison, #1 on the WANTED POWER List is really evil. Except even with her red eyes and electricity manipulation powers, Mia is just a girl trying to save her family and winds up with more responsibility than she ever wanted. Soon Mia finds out that maybe the government doesn't put POWERS in camps for "public safety".
