Coming up with new variations brings me far too much excitement & this one was an absolute vibeeee 🫐 Makes 3-5 servings. ▫️ 200g rolled oats ▫️ 2 bananas ▫️ 60g @myprotein salted caramel soy protein ▫️ 420ml milk ▫️ 1 tsp baking powder ▫️ 120g frozen blueberries, warmed in the microwave with 1 tsp maple syrup ▫️ 6 tbsps greek style vanilla yoghurt 👩‍🍳 just assemble as shown, bake in the oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 35-40 mins and you’re good to go!
