Rembrance day art

Well this is the Remembrance Day project I have come up with for this year "Mixed Media Poppies". Tape off your watercolor or white sketch paper for that nice finished edge and then paint in your background color with disc tempera. This is probably the longest period of time I have ever left between my blog entries. And there are a few, unexciting, reasons for this. I have just finished a 12 day stint at my very exciting (not) job. Prior to that I contracted a pretty gruesome head cold and was dosed up with medication for a while.
