Baked Figs Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Walnuts, and Honey

Ingredients:

8 fresh figs
4 oz (115g) goat cheese
1/4 cup (30g) walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Figs:

Cut a cross down the top of each fig, cutting almost to the bottom but not all the way through. Gently open them up like a flower.

Stuff with Goat Cheese:

Stuff each fig with a small amount of goat cheese in the center.

Bake:
