Dragon fly cards handmade

When I first saw the stamp set, Dragonfly Garden, I knew I wanted to create a silhouette technique card with it. Today, I put away all the Christmas supplies and got right to making this card. I’ve added a second dragonfly punched from vellum and then used Blends to color the back side of the piece.

I think this Dragonfly Dreams set was just made to pair up with the Mint Macaron Glimmer Paper! Super simple to put this together with layers of glimmer paper, an embossed (Hexagon Embossing Folder) layer and the beautiful dragonfly as the focal image! Hi there. I'm so glad you stopped by! So many challenges this month asking for green. I've been thinking spring so I pulled out a pastel mint green and used a NBUS 3d embossing folder to get the background. Sponging with white ink makes the leaves stand out even more.
