While i was there they started filling it again from the Floating harbour by letting water through the lock system. This was the resulting maelstrom as thousands of gallons of water flooded through the Victorian system to refil the basin.  Liked the ripples in teh water spiraling inwards, but there is an odd darkening, as if an over-working with a burn tool ...
