This listing is for a gorgeous antique Scottish grandfather/ long case clock. This piece is by John and William Mitchell of Glasgow (Scotland) circa 1830s. The case is quite unique as it was made in an ornate gothic revival style. The clock has a glass windowed mid- section, silver plated dial, and bright brass hardware, as typical for the Regency Period.
