Ingredients:
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour (maida)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-½ tsp baking soda (to be added later)
-½ cup curd
-½ cup sugar
-¼ cup oil
-1 tsp vanilla extract

For Ganache:
-100 gm Dairy Milk chocolates
-130 ml Warm cream

Method:
1.In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour and cocoa powder. Set aside the baking powder and baking soda for later. In another bowl, whisk together curd, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
2.Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients in batches. Mix gently until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Do not overmix. Once the batter is ready, add the baking powder and baking soda.

2-3 apples, cut into thin rounds

1 tbsp jaggery powder
Heat your pan & add the butter. Add the cinnamon powder, jaggery & layer the apple slices. Let it cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
