This blue haron I made was hand cut, bent, welded and painted. Build Process I made the body by hammering cut peices of galvonized steel sheetmetal on a sandbag. Then, I cut out individual feathers with a plasma cutter and welded them into place. The legs are made from rebar. I then, primed and painted the entire bird with acrylic paint and followed with a clear coat. Tools Used Miller Mig welder and plasma cutter, hammer and sandbag, painting supplies.
