Tillie is a quiet long-hair chihuahua//papillion mix who is sweet and very affectionate. She loves to be held. She came from the Lancaster shelter and weighs around 8 lbs. She's between 3 and 5 years old. Adoption fees are $200.00 and include spaying/neutering, updated shots and heartworm testing.
