APIO have created the ROADWIN Coil Spring A2000Ti to provide an excellent performing spring.  These springs will raise the height of your vehicle, and still provide improved handling characteristics.  This is achieved partially by using a blend with Titanium and reshaping the springs.

Features

  • Maximum tensile strength: 2015 Mpa
  • Maximum stress: 1207 Mpa.
  • Although the A2000Ti is a long specification that fully considers cross-country driving, it does not shrink completely and the windings do not stick to each other, shock absorption works until the end, and traction performance is greatly improved. Of course, this provides outstanding off-road driving performance.　
  • The spring rate is increased by about 20% compared to the genuine product, and it demonstrates outstanding running stability from highways to winding roads.
  • By using a high hardness spring material and reducing the number of turns by about 20%, the "coil bowing phenomenon" peculiar to JB23 is greatly reduced.
  • "Settling compensation" is not given. This is not necessary for A2000Ti. Please use it with confidence.
  • Polyurethane-based electrostatic powder black metallic paint finish that is resistant to corrosion.
  • The vehicle height is increased by about 60mm for JB23 and 55mm for JB33/43.
  • It is a collaborative product between APIO who know the Jimny well and NHK Spring, a world famous spring maker.
