It's actually the Nordic Bow, an average weapon you can get and craft with the Dragonborn DLC. The Gauntlets and I believe Boots though are from a mod called the Dragonbone Barbarian Armor, great for female characters and you have a choice to have either the pretty stupid looking skimpy crap or the awesome looking full armor look. Wish it came with a male version though, oh well I guess I'll just stick with the Warmonger Armory
