A chronically-loveless woman who opts to become artificially inseminated meets the man of her dreams on her big day.

ABSTRACT
Zoe, a woman plagued by a nagging inability to let anyone meaningful into her life for a significant period of time, decides to conceive twins through artificial insemination after she assesses the chances of meeting a worthwhile man whilst still fertile to be highly unlikely. Serendipity strikes in the form of dream man Stan arriving in her life just after her fateful choice takes place, however, forcing her into a situation where she must attempt to maintain his interest in light of her medical decision.
