I initially ordered PVC patches from Monterey back in 2022. I had a great experience sending Joshua my design, iterating on a few details, getting multiple quotes/options, ordering, and receiving the patches within the estimated time.Fast forward to recent history (Dec 2024/Jan 2025), Joshua reached out to see if I wanted to order another batch of patches before the molds were retired. I took him up on the offer and put another order in. This time, I forgot to change the old address and they were sent to a house that is hours away. Joshua was able to contact FedEx and reroute the package to my door with no further complications. I'm happy that I didn't need to make the drive and that the experience was positive. Overall, Monterey's patches are great quality and the service is top notch.

The entire experience was quite convenient. I worked with a Rep named Josh and he was incredibly helpful and flexible as far as working around my odd hours to help me achieve the project I was trying to. I also don't get good service in the building I work in, but that didn't even slow these guys down at all.The proofs were created in a faster than expected time frame, edits were made quickly and exactly as described...it was just easy. The patches shipped right around when Josh said it would and they got to us promptly after being shipped. The patches came out fantastic and I'm a huge fan. If I have any further project in the future I will be reaching out to you guys again.
