A car race gone wrong, Mad Max ends up in a hospital, where he meets Alice, who has a fragile heart, and recently gave birth to Theo. Nine years later, Julien (aka Mad Max), Alice and Theo are a family, although Alice is now in the hospital awaiting a heart transplant.
