It stars Charlie Sheen, Lloyd Bridges, Valeria Golino, Richard Crenna (parodying his Colonel role in the Rambo franchise), Brenda Bakke, Miguel Ferrer, Rowan Atkinson, and Jerry Haleva. "Re-watch - Dec. 16th Yep, wound up watching this after having so much fun with the other one. This one falls short in a lot of respects, but still has some really funny moments like the Middle Eastern versions of products during the opening scene. Plus I love Miguel Ferrer's line delivery for "War: it's fantastic." Other jokes don't land at all though, & the one that most annoyed me was the racist name given to the cheerleaders in Thailand.
