Pros:
It’s a fun movie, to watch.
Dirk Durock as Swamp Thing.
The effects work for the Swamp Thing, as dated as it is still pretty decent.
It’s better movie, than it has right to be.

It was great seeing the original Star Trek crew, return.

It’s freaking long, and ponderous.

The overall environmental and others messages, all way before Ferngully, and other films.
The fact, that the film can be decidedly dark and mature, even for a kids film.
The voice acting.
Con:
The Secret of NIMH, might be too dark for younger audiences.
