Tell me you're a PM without telling me, I'll go first... 100 tabs, zero focus, infinite coffee ☕ First things first - coffee is my absolute bestie. Can't even think about roadmaps without it! Then I always have snacks everywhere because those "quick calls" turn into marathon sessions and hangry PMs make terrible decisions. My 💻 laptop is pure chaos with about 100 tabs open, but somehow I know where everything is. I've got my 📒 cute notebook and hand cream - one for jotting down random ideas, the other for keeping my hands soft while I type away all day. Can't forget my 🎧 good headphones to block out the world when I need focus time between meetings. And honestly, 👓 blue light glasses are a must because my eyes need all the help they can get after staring at screens 24/7. Oh, and speaking of tools that don't make me cry - Jira by Atlassian, Amplitude, Userflow, and Reply 💙 actually make my life easier instead of harder. Rare finds in the PM world. Sometimes the right starter pack is what keeps both you AND your product moving forward. What's in your PM survival kit?

I use nowadays Capacities instead of Notion because it helps me connect information in a better way.

Sometimes I feel the need to step back and work in a quiet environment without continuous back-to-back meetings, as it allows me to focus, think strategically, and finalize critical tasks. I believe a Product/Project Manager should have the flexibility to balance deep focus time—whether from home or a quiet space—with on-site engagement, where collaboration, team interaction, and stakeholder alignment are essential. In my view, both aspects are equally important: having space to think clearly and plan effectively, while also being present with the team to ensure smooth execution and strong communication. 😊 But coffee alwys my close friend 😍

100 tabs. 3 Slack pings. 1 Jira ticket I forgot to move for 6 days. That’s not a bug. That’s the PM state of flow. Bonus item in my survival kit: the ability to nod thoughtfully in meetings while frantically figuring out what the hell we’re talking about.

Wow, yes, working on speed, I definitely need my survival kit 😅 Many open tabs in several workspace tabs - those workspace tabs are space savors on my Display 😊 Smarties and my Vitamin water bottle are also in my survival kit 😊 In my survival kit I have Workflow apps like Harvest, Asana and Trello VN depending on the type of projects I work on 😉
