The students participate in a month-long live-in immersion program that is designed to encourage their interests. At least one alumnus of the program won the Nobel Prize (Physics).

I assisted professors in core courses in mathematics and computer science, and helped faculty with research projects in organic chemistry, archaeology, and physics. I also later on taught a course in digital logic and computer architecture.
