This year we took a leap to rethink the way we communicate and offer our services to the Brookline community. Kaizen Labs has been an incredible example of team mindset, always listening and always improving the experience for our residents. We look forward to a long partnership together.

The Town of Brookline challenges the status quo in parks and recreation, and we're proud to provide delightful software to its staff and residents! Their team manages everything from programming and athletic offerings to a skating rink, an early childhood center, an aquatic center, and more. Earlier this year, the Massachusetts Recreation and Park Association awarded Brookline the "Agency of the Year Award" for its equity initiatives in programming -- a reflection of the team’s dedication to making recreation welcoming and accessible for all. We can't wait to see what they accomplish next!

This week, over 2,000 miles apart, the Kaizen team led two educational sessions on AI in parks and recreation. In these sessions, we cut through the buzz and cover practical, real applications of AI -- the kind that can give staff valuable time back in their day. When we started doing these sessions over a year ago, we couldn't have imagined the interest and momentum they would build. Today's parks & recreation professionals do not shy away from change, and their curiousity and openness are inspiring! Thank you to all the professionals who attended our sessions, and special kudos to Florida Recreation and Park Association and Arizona Parks and Recreation Association for the opportunities. We can't wait to be back next year!

35 pickleball courts under the desert sky, hundreds of community programs and sports leagues, and 19 marathons and races per year -- all just miles from the base of Zion National Park ⛰️ We’re thrilled to help the City of St. George Parks & Recreation team power a world-class recreation and technology experience!

Blues and Brews festivals 🎷🍺, an 85-acre park with a quarry fishing hole 🎣, and Mah Jong programs for active adults 🀄. Did we mention they're also building a new state-of-the-art 40,000 sq ft recreation center?
