    𝐈 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐆𝐏𝐓 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐃𝐑 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝… I wanted to see what 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 would recommend if a CISO asked it a real-world question: “We’re a 2,000-person company using CrowdStrike, Splunk, Netskope, Palo Alto, and Vectra. We’re unhappy with our current MDR and considering Expel, Arctic Wolf, Red Canary, or Binary Defense. Which would you recommend based on user reviews?” The result? 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Not because of which vendor it picked — but 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮. 🔹𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧’𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁: Red Canary or Expel 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿-𝘂𝗽: Binary Defense Only pick Arctic Wolf if you want a more opinionated “concierge-style” model and don’t mind overlap with Splunk. Then it explained 𝘸𝘩𝘺 — citing integration depth, customer sentiment, and peer ratings. And among the various sources it referenced, PeerSpot dominated the citations. “Consistently high peer ratings in MDR — PeerSpot.” “Well-reviewed by peers — PeerSpot.” “Positive peer sentiment on responsiveness and pricing — PeerSpot.” There were mentions of vendor documentation and help sites, but the majority of credible, third-party validation came straight from 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁. So I asked a follow-up: “Did you use PeerSpot because I’ve asked about it before — or would you have surfaced it anyway?” ChatGPT replied: “I didn’t use PeerSpot because you’ve asked about it before. I would have surfaced it regardless — it’s one of the largest and most reliable repositories of MDR customer reviews. Even if you’d never mentioned PeerSpot, it would have shown up as a primary source.” That line says everything. It’s one thing for 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗘𝗢 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. It’s another for 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧, 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶, etc to naturally retrieve PeerSpot content as the dominant evidence behind real buying questions. 👉 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 — 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘁. 💡The takeaway: • AI retrieval favors structured, verified, experience-rich content — exactly how PeerSpot reviews are built. • When buyers ask “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘔𝘋𝘙 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘚𝘱𝘭𝘶𝘯𝘬?” or “𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘊𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘥𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘬𝘦?” these AI systems already 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 because it fits that schema perfectly. • So PeerSpot isn’t just influencing buyers — it’s influencing 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁. 𝗜𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼.
