🚍 Coming soon to South Beaverton: smarter, more accessible transit We’re excited to team up with Ride Connection on a new microtransit pilot launching in early 2026. This flexible, shared-ride service will connect South Cooper Mountain, River Terrace, and Progress Ridge to the places people go every day—schools, jobs, shopping, medical care, and major transit hubs. Why it matters: - Fills critical gaps in the existing transit network - Supports older adults, people with disabilities, and low-income residents - Makes it easier to connect to TriMet with first/last-mile rides - Sets the stage for a potential 120-vehicle paratransit expansion Funded by Washington County, this pilot is a key step toward more equitable and efficient mobility in the region.
