Just revisited the latest Luciq webinar on the evolution of mobile app development. From the pre-iPhone era to today’s AI-powered landscape, the conversation highlighted key shifts: app store growth, the professionalization of mobile dev, and how the pandemic accelerated adoption. What struck me most were two insights: • Developers still spend excessive time on maintenance, which limits innovation. • Observability is no longer optional — it’s essential for optimizing app performance and creating truly dynamic, personalized user experiences. The demo of Smart Resolve stood out: a tool capable of analyzing code and suggesting improvements without training on customer data.
