Two years at Gardencup today! 🥗 🥂 When I started full-time, we were scrappy, building systems on the fly, and learning fast. Two years later… we’re still scrappy and learning fast😅 but wow, what a ride it’s been. I want to share a few of my favorite highlights: 📦 Order Volume: +55% since my one year 🥗 Subscriptions: +16.8%, and Reactivations +197% 💡 LTV: +81.8% — our customers really do love their greens 💪 Retention: 200% increase in 20+ order customers, and reduced same day cancellations by 96% through nurturing improvements 💬 CX: 4.55/5 CSAT across 68,000 tickets + 100,000+ messages and a pretty hectic year. Average response time for all channels combined remained at less than 7 minutes. I’ve worn a lot of hats in CX, e-commerce, fulfillment, marketing, and vendor wrangling, firefighting - and that thrill of “running toward the fire” hasn’t worn off. The wins are always sweeter when you’re building with a team that believes in the mission and each other.
