What a day it was, at the Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA) Congress last week! So many thoughtful, energising conversations with people who genuinely care about the future of workplace health. From ROI and prevention to personalisation and access, it was brilliant to see employers leaning into what’s next for employee wellbeing. A big thank you to everyone who joined our workshop on making the business case for healthcare benefits. The room brought honesty, curiosity and plenty of practical ideas on how to win over the C-suite. And of course, it was lovely catching up with so many HR and benefits leaders at the Peppy stand. 👀 Only 𝟭 𝗶𝗻 𝟯 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 say they’d feel comfortable talking to a male manager about menopause. Compare that to 3 in 4 who would happily talk to a female boss. This matters. A lot.
