The James B Harrison Foundation has two privately-owned properties, Harrison-Long Point and Harrison-Burr, that have been designated for its charitable use activities. Both properties are unique with a variety of habitats and offer many opportunities for various nature-based activities. Access to these properties is by group reservation; we do not serve individual users. Seasonal opportunities are available for individuals to visit. All activities, events, and registration can be found on our calendar.
Limpkins were documented at Harrison-Burr during the December 2023 bird survey; the first recorded Limpkins on the property.
