GLAMOUR model Ava Van Rose said she regrets having had cosmetic surgery declaring: “I’m so over it.”
The 32-year-old – classed as Ireland’s most surgically enhanced woman – admitted she became addicted to surgery and was sorry she’d ever started.
Ava, real name Bridget Byrne, has had two boob jobs, two bum lifts, a tummy tuck, abdominoplasty, liposuction, lip fillers and a designer vagina.

She revealed: “It’s not as glamorous as it seems... there’s a constant mentality of never feeling good enough.
“You always feel like you need more. There’s that part that you wishes you had never started to begin with.”
Ava is now manager to her 14-year-old daughter Mia Farrell but insists she doesn’t want her to pursue glamour modelling like her mother.
She said: “My first surgery I was 21. I’ve had two boob jobs, two bum jobs, I’ve had liposuction, I had a tummy tuck.
“I’ve had work done to my vagina, work done to my face. I’ve had my lips, my teeth done.
“I’ve basically changed everything about myself.”
She revealed she is facing further surgery after a bum lift operation she had done in Prague five years ago went horribly wrong.
Ava said: “I would not recommend implants to anybody.
“They start to move. I’m waiting for another surgery because one of my implants has moved in my bum.

“One is higher than the other and that is sore. I suppose I’ve used my body and my image for so long that I want to be able to give that in.
“I’m so over it, so over it.”
Hinting at an inner turmoil the Dublin pin-up added: “People miss the point of surgery, that it’s not supposed to help you feel better.
“It will make you look better, but it’s never going to heal what is broken on the inside of you.
“It’s your self esteem, it’s your self respect, it’s your confidence levels.
“Young girls need to know the implications behind it.
“To me... it became an addiction.”
Ava, who rose to fame on MTV’s Botched and E’s Rise of the Instababes, opens up about her many cosmetic procedures to Lucy Kennedy in a documentary.
Lucy Investigates also hears how there has been a huge increase in the number of young women having labiaplasty, lip fillers and boob jobs.
One clinic tells how it has carried out more than 30 corrective surgeries so far this year for botched Brazilian bum lifts.
- Lucy Investigates is on Virgin Media One tomorrow at 9pm.
