Dublin advisory firm Warren & Partners has been acquired by accountancy group Xeinadin as it seeks to grow its tax advisory business due to increased demand.

Warren & Partners is the first exclusively tax-focused firm to join Xeinadin in Ireland. Founded in 1994, the firm provides bespoke tax advice, working with Irish and international private and corporate clients.

Xeinadin, which acquired Cork firm Quintas in 2023, said demand for high-quality tax advice has increased, particularly among larger SMEs and business owners who can sometimes be underserved by the largest firms.

"Warren and Partners differentiate itself by its hands-on personalised approach ensuring that clients have direct access to senior tax experts. Their client-focused, personal ethos reflects our own so this is a natural fit for us," Xeinadin CEO Derry Crowley said.

"Warren & Partners have built a strong reputation by focusing exclusively on tax and are now the go-to firm for specialist advice. By joining Xeinadin the team will be able to continue to provide expert, personalised tax services while benefiting from the support, resources, and scale of a larger organisation. The move ensures continuity for existing clients, expands opportunities for growth, and reinforces Xeinadin’s position as a leading advisory firm that evolves in answer to the needs of our clients across Ireland."

Tom Mahon, managing partner at Warren & Partners, said integration with Xeinadin unlocks opportunities and additional service offerings for clients. "By tapping into Xeinadin’s broader expertise and networks across accounting, business advisory and financial planning as well as the extensive back-office support infrastructure and enhanced business and technological supports, we will be better positioned to provide more comprehensive solutions to our clients domestically and across Northern Ireland and the UK."

"Clients are looking for expert guidance at a human level, where they engage directly with experienced professionals. Joining Xeinadin allows us to scale our services while maintaining the personal, senior-led approach that our clients expect and value. I and the other partners, Olga Miller, and David Kehoe, look forward to joining the team at Xeinadin, building towards our shared future success," he said.
