Paper Girls (2022)
Had so much potential
This has some great qualities and a good story line. It sometimes gets lost with really annoying and pointless arguing between the girls along with the know it all judgemental arguments these kids have with their future selves. It happens waaaaay too often and deters from the plot. I just feel like fast forwarding to the relevant parts sometimes. Like I said, it had potential but too much pointless filler.
The Wheel of Time (2021)
Very disappointed!
I started watching this last night and I couldn't believe how bad it was. I felt like I was watching a show with the production value of Xena Warrior Princess. At no point do I feel like I am transported into this mythical world. You definitely know it is filmed on a sound stage. The acting seems very soap opera like too. If I were to compare this to the likes of Game of Thrones, I would give it 2 stars. Having it stand on it's own merits I give it 4. Amazon, you must do better.
Solos (2021)
What is with the fart talk
Good acting through boring stories. Not a bad show to go to sleep too. Just don't forget to put your sleep timer on your TV.
