Santa is seriously ill in Santa's grotto. The only thing that can save his life is a magical medallion that Santa's helpers have ordered from the internet. The eccentric middle manager Judas sends the elves Trond, Rolf, and Jerry to await the package delivery and pick up the medallion, which is said to cure all illnesses, from the nearest post office pickup point - a gas station that has lost all its customers after the nearby motorway was rerouted through a tunnel. The station's owners, the married couple Hans and Ella, plan to close their business the very same day, a closure that must be stopped before the package with the medallion can be delivered.
