Long and repeating

I'm aware that not much footage of that time would have been recorded or photographed but they show the same stock footage and river footage as well as repeating sentences to retain the viewer for the end when they finally show how much destruction was caused, it's informative but it also has lots of the same information when everyone is discussing it. Overall the build-up is painfully constructed and it would be better if it were shorter, I like the people who are presenting it and talking about how dangerous it was and how people took action back then but it should have got to the point faster.
